Division Chief - Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
Location: University of Texas Southwestern
The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Surgery, Division of Surgical Oncology, is currently recruiting for a Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Appointment rank will be Division Chief. Applicant must be American Board Certified or board eligible in General Surgery, and be eligible for a Texas Medical License.
Successful candidates will be committed to patient care, resident, fellow and medical student education and scholarly activity that advance clinical medicine. Candidates will be expected to participate in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery clinical practice and teaching programs at Clements University Hospital, and Parkland Memorial Hospital. Educational responsibilities include the clinical training of fellows and general surgery residents. A commitment to basic or clinical research is essential.
