Abdominal Transplant Surgeon
Location: Penn State Health
The Department of Surgery at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical is searching for a full-time academic abdominal transplant surgeon to join our team. Candidates with kidney, liver and pancreas transplant experience, laparoscopic donor nephrectomy, multi-organ procurements and dialysis access skills are being sought for this position. Level of appointment will be based upon qualifications and experience. Candidates must be ASTS fellowship-trained, board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Surgery and meet UNOS criteria for a kidney, liver and pancreas transplant surgeon. A strong commitment to patient care, resident education, clinical medicine and research is desired.
