Vascular Surgeon

Location: The Ohio State University

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Division of Vascular Diseases and Surgery, under the direction of Timur Sarac, M.D. Chief, is recruiting for a full time Assistant or Associate Professor Vascular Surgeon. Duties will also consist of serving as Program Director for a 0-5 and 5-2 program.

The successful candidate must be trained in all aspects of open and endovascular procedures including all arterial and venous disorders including, peripheral vascular, venous disease, endovascular and aortic. The Division of Vascular Diseases & Surgery has an accredited vascular fellowship that will require participation in the training and development of fellows, residents and medical students. This position requires participation in national conferences and programs; conducts and develops clinical research; apply for grants/submit proposals and provide direct patient care.


  • Board certified or Board eligible in Vascular Surgery
  • Academic excellence • Graduate from ACGME approved Vascular Surgery Fellowship
  • Qualify for academic appointment at the Assistant or Associate Professor level – Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with previous training and experience
